The complex is well maintained, the long term neighbors are friendly but respectful. It is a small tranquil oasis in the heart of Seabright, close to restaurants such as Tramonti, Seabreeze and Verve, shopping at Whole Foods, or a short walk to the Harbor or Seabright Beach. 
This apartment is away from the street with no traffic noise with most people commenting they didn’t even realize it is here! This a spacious apartment with new carpet in the living room and bedroom, bamboo vinyl flooring in the kitchen, dining area, hallway and baths. The kitchen features a tiled breakfast bar and walk in pantry with washer dryer hook ups for your machines. There are large wall to wall closets in both bedrooms as well as storage closets in the hall. Both bathrooms have shower over tub. 
The walls are freshly painted a creamy white with white crown molding and baseboards. A new forced air heater was installed last month. The double pane windows with wide slat blinds and water heater were installed a few years ago.
