This central location will allow you to get anywhere in the area very easy. This is a smoke-free property and ask that no smoking be allowed on the property. We are looking for tenants to stay at least a year. The lease length term is negotiable.
Water fee is based on number of occupants and is included in the monthly rent. Electricity is paid by the tenant to SDGE directly. The tenant is responsible for taking out/bringing in the trash on the assigned collection days. The landscaping will be covered by the landlord.
