- My credit score is 550 will I get accepted? 
Most likely the park will not accept you. If you were closer to 600 or 650 then we would have a chance and I would suggest reaching out to me so we can discuss
- What is your pet policy? 
No aggressive breeds. Sometimes management will make exceptions on a case by case basis subject to their discretion
- Do you accept Section 8? 
To the best of our knowledge, this program does not qualify for section 8 because it is rent to own, not a rental. 
- Where is the home located? 
The home is located in East Stroudsburg, PA
- Can I move the home? 
No the home must remain in the park.
- Will you be my landlord? 
No we are not landlords. Under the rent to own program we will take a lien on the property just like a normal bank would. That means once we sign the contract you own and are responsible for the home. Once all payments are made the lien is removed and you own the home free and clear.
