This mobile home is being sold with seller financing on our rent to own “No Banks Needed” Program. 
Rent To Own Program Requirements:
- Down Payment: $15,000 desired, but we can negotiate as low as $10,000. 
- Lot Rent: $600 per month includes your water, sewer, and trash
- Rent To Own Payments: $640 per month which goes towards equity in the home
- Term: 6 Years (can be adjusted if necessary)
- Interest Rate: 0% (we do not charge interest, your payments will always stay the same)
- Total Monthly Payments: $1,240 per month ($600 lot rent + $640 home payments)
- Credit Score: 650 Desired. We can make some exceptions for lower credit scores on a case by case basis

- My credit score is 550 will I get accepted? 
Possibly. Send me a message and we can discuss your financial situation to see if you are likely to get approved by the park
- How strict is the age policy? 
The lease holder must be at least 55 years old. Any other people living in the home must be 18+ in age. If you are 54 I can probably get an exception for you, but otherwise the age limit must be respected
- What is your pet policy? 
No aggressive breeds. Sometimes management will make exceptions on a case by case basis subject to their discretion
- Do you accept Section 8? 
To the best of our knowledge, this program does not qualify for section 8 because it is rent to own, not a rental. 
- Where is the home located? 
The home is located in Bartonsville, PA
- Can I move the home? 
No the home must remain in the park.
- Will you be my landlord? 
No we are not landlords. Under the rent to own program we will take a lien on the property just like a normal bank would. That means once we sign the contract you own and are responsible for the home. Once all payments are made the lien is removed and you own the home free and clear.
- I would like to see the home, what next?
