Renter is responsible for lawn maintenance (lawn mower provided) and snow plowing. Security deposit and first months rent due at signing. Rent is due the last day of each month, auto deposit preferred. Minimum length is 6 months. Landlord requests an Inspection of home by lanlord monthly. Smoking is NOT allowed inside, outside is acceptable. Length of lease is negotiable but the rate changes May through August.
Renter responsible for $350 per month which covers gas, electric, trash removal and internet service. Renter will also assume responsibility of mowing and snow removal at their expense. Lawnmower is provided at the house in the garage
