Applicant Criteria
This is a 55+ community. At least one occupant must be 55 years or older, and no occupants under 18 years old are permitted. We seek responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent. All adults must complete our screening process ($50 per adult). We do not accept cosigners or comprehensive reusable screening reports.
