Well mannered pets maybe considered but will require prior approval.
The tenant is responsible for watering (automated sprinkler system installed), fertilizing, weeding, pruning, and mowing the front lawn, along with spring/fall cleanup and snow removal. The backyard needs to be kept weed free. Alternatively, a professional gardening service can be arranged for $100 per month at the tenant’s expense.
