The kitchen also features a full size stack-able washer and dryer and access to the storage yard which includes an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach!
The kitchen opens to the open dining room with seating for 6 and the large living area. The living room features luxury plank flooring and offers cozy over sized furniture, a 55 flat screen TV, and sliding doors leading to the deck. The enclosed deck includes a small propane grill and patio table with seating for 4, perfect for dining outdoors!
Also on the main level is the master bedroom featuring a king sized bed, 40 flat screen TV, his and hers closets, a full en suite bath, and access to the deck.
The two guest bedrooms are located upstairs and share a Jack N Jill bath. One bedroom offers 2 twin beds and the other has a queen both with cathedral ceilings and flat screen TVs.
Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. This unit is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and near the General Store, Big Jims, the Dunes House and the tennis center. Arthur Hills and George Fazio golf course on either side.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that offers 3 miles of white sandy beach, 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, and access to the newly renovated Shelter Marina and free transportation through the Palmetto Dunes Buggy Memorial Day-Labor Day.
This unit is available monthly 12/26-4/1. Payment due in full at booking. 3% booking fee in addition to the monthly rate. All utilities including cable/internet are included.
