Room available in a big house shared with 2 girls and 4 guys in their 20s and 30s (well one is 40 and she's awesome) and 2 small dogs (Chihuahua and Corgi). None are couples/related, just friendly roomies. The room is ~12 x 11, has light blue walls, a good size closet w/ sliding mirrored doors, and is located at the corner of the house (away from common areas). The house features 3 bathrooms (2 shared), 2 fridges, a commercial size water heater, and the bedrooms are fairly spread out. Sorry, no (more) dogs/cats, but small caged pets are cool (just no snakes or tarantulas). The house is quiet and we like it that way. The lease ends June 30th, and the next one will be for 1 year if you'd like to stay. Utilities/wifi/shared supplies (TP, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning products, etc.) are expected to cost $120/month per person, but depends on everybody's usage.
