Offers a cozy place to live and relax on a beautiful, covered deck. This home has luxury vinyl flooring, ductless heating and AC, bathroom with walk in tile shower, kitchenette with fridge, hotplate, countertop oven, and microwave. The loft provides room for a King or Queen mattress. 
The open floor plan and window seats make this tiny house feel open and bright with lots of natural light and lots of built-ins for storage.
The Tiny House has its own private entrance, situated in the backyard of the main house. 
Private fenced yard with biweekly yard care and 7x7 storage shed. 
Utilities including electric, natural gas, water/sewer, and garbage service are shared and billed back at a flat rate of $60 a month to tenants.
No Smoking On Property
Cat is negotiable with owner's approval. An increased security deposit & monthly rent is required per pet.
