Mandatory Property Caretaker Requirement:
Tenants must be willing to act as caretakers during periods when the landlord is away. Advance notice will be provided.
Caretaker compensation:
$200 for each 4-week caretaking period
Caretaker responsibilities include:
Placing collected mail into a designated mailbox
Reading gas and water meters between the 15th–21st of each month and sending the information to the landlord
Walking the vineyard once per week to report water leaks or anything unusual to the vineyard manager or winery representative
Notifying the vineyard manager if landscaping irrigation appears not to be functioning properly
Checking the main house approximately every three weeks for water leaks or unusual issues 
The owners are simply looking for reliable tenants to provide an occasional set of eyes on the property while away.
**Mandatory renter’s liability insurance required: $500,000–$1,000,000 coverage with owners named as Additional Insured.
