Monthly Pest Control & AT&T Internet with WiFi password being provided are both Included with Rent! Please let us know however if you have any questions regarding this or further details needed ahead of time to make sure it is suitable and will work for you, it is your responsibility to check on this before applying or signing lease, Thank you. Any specific or add'l TV wants or needs will be tenant responsibility for set up and payment. Please note the detached barn unit and fruit stand are used from time to time by the owner and the SDG&E connection to this guest home unit also supplies their usage, in return for this, the owner has included the above Monthly Pest Control & AT&T Internet WiFi, which are greater than in value that actual electric usage, so it's a more than fair trade and deal for the tenant/s. 
Please Note: This guest home unit is located on a shared property, with other tenants, and owner from time to time, as well as the property itself being a working farm, with a variety of fruit and other commercial-producing trees, there are also bee hive boxes on the property and chickens. This means there at times throughout the year may be seasonal fertilizing, weed abatement, tractor operations, or other activities taking place on or around the property. This is a rural and country-like setting, where there are pests, rodents, and wildlife that may at times come right on up or into the home, while we have monthly and on-call pest control included, please be aware of such things and plan accordingly for yourself, family, and animals or pets that may be on the property with you and others. Any questions, please just ask ahead of time, Thank you. 
A Renter’s Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home. 
We are happy to supply a sample lease agreement to you ahead of time, just ask. Please note your final lease agreement may include additional disclosures and/or addenda as needed and with regards to the home and property.
