Water and Electric utility accounts will remain in the owner's name, and they will pay and include up to $300 on each. Any monthly overage amounts on Water and/or Electric over $300 each month will be the tenant's responsibility, and a charge will be issued to you via your online VPM account for reimbursement payment before or with the next month's rental due date, along with a copy of the respective bill for your records.

Please note the owner or us as the mgmt. may require a few extra days before the scheduled move-in date for a final once-over cleaning and wipe-down detail of the home to be performed. 
We are happy to supply a sample lease agreement to you ahead of time, just ask. Please note your final lease agreement may include additional disclosures and/or addenda as needed, and with regard to the home and property.
