An off-site PO Box for personal mail collection will be required by the tenant/s, as the owners will be retaining use of the mailbox on the property. 
The garage will not be conveyed and will be locked and off limits during the lease. Two parking spaces outside the home and garage up top will be available, and additional parking down below the driveway entrance will also be available for the tenant's use during the lease. Please note that some closets and cabinets throughout the home will also be locked and off limits during this shorter duration lease. 
Verizon Home Internet is included with rent, but any additional services or higher desired speeds, etc, will be the tenant's responsibility to obtain and pay for. There is also a smart TV installed and ready for use. Owners will not allow any satellite or dishes to be installed, or cable routing or drilling in or on the home or property. Please call your Internet or TV providers ahead of time to make sure they can and will serve this address if interested and needed. It is your responsibility to check on this before applying or signing a lease. Thank you. 
A Renter’s Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home. And owners and/or management will be required to be listed as an additionally noted and/or insured on the policy. 
Please note the owner or us as the mgmt. may require a few extra days before the scheduled move-in date for a final once-over cleaning and wipe-down detail of the home to be performed.
