The Owner will consider a small dog (less than 25lbs) or a cat during a lease term. Dogs larger than 25lbs will not be permitted. Owner approval of small dog or cat is required prior to applying to lease this property. ALL prospective tenants must complete our third-party pet screening and review processes. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal related policy acknowledgments and accurate pet/animal records. The fee to screen a household pet is $30. The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in. Application fees ($75.00 per person) and the admin fee ($60) are non-refundable. Renters insurance is required and must be submitted to The Stacy Group, LLC. prior to the start of the lease term if approved.
