There is a $400.00 non-refundable pet deposit (per pet) and a monthly $25 pet rent fee (per pet) in addition to the base rental amount.
The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing. The first month's rent will be due 2 weeks prior to move in. Application fees ($75.00 per person) and the admin fee ($60) are non-refundable. Renters insurance is required and must be submitted to The Stacy Group, LLC. prior to the start of the lease term if approved.
