Pets are permitted with approval (maximum of four). Pets must be kept inside the home and may not be tethered or housed outdoors. A non-refundable $100 fee per pet applies. Proof of current rabies vaccination and veterinarian information is required. Tenants are responsible for any pet-related damage, noise, or waste.
Landlord walkthroughs will occur every four months after occupancy, with at least 24 hours’ notice provided. Landlord retains a key to the property. Tenants may not change or add locks without prior written consent. Access will only occur in accordance with state law (emergencies or with proper notice for repairs).
