Lawn care as well as snow removal from the walking surfaces and driveway are provided by owners. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy for the duration of the lease. The resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.
