One block from Main Street and the free shuttle, this 450 sq.ft. studio end-unit is a great place to call home. Just updated and newly furnished this studio has a great layout that allows for a separate eating area, sitting/TV area and sleeping area. Can sleep 2-4 people with a queen bed and futon. Unit comes with one reserved underground garage parking spot and a ski locker for extra storage. This quiet, secure and well maintained building has a lobby sitting area with TV and wet bar for some extra space, laundry on site, and even an indoor hot tub in the winters. There is also an elevator for added convenience. 
12 month lease - $1,650/mo plus utilities.
No smoking and as much as we love our furry friends - sorry, no pets (per the HOA).
