Since we'll be neighbors, a bit of info about me:
I'm a 28 year old single dad to a 1.5 year old son, and you'll be helping supplement my income to raise the little guy! I like actually being friends with my neighbors, so if that'll annoy you, then this isn't the place for you. 
This is a duplex, so we share the main/center wall that runs along the length of the house. This means we'll hear each other at certain times! We can hear each other walk. I've heard screaming, slamming, stomping, and music from my current tenant. I assume you'd be able to hear the same.
