The Castlewood home is located on a cul-de-sac off Myrtle Ridge Drive with easy access to shopping, dining, Hwy 544, Hwy 501, and Conway Hospital. The kitchen is modern with white cabinets, granite countertops, and an island with breakfast bar seating. Stainless steel and sleek black appliances include chef-inspired refrigerator, smooth top stove, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. You’ll appreciate the hard surface flooring throughout for the ease of cleaning and the natural light that fills the home from its many windows and open space. Relax with your morning coffee on the screened-in patio off the dining area and primary bedroom. There is an equally large slab patio out back with a huge yard that’s great for cookouts. Primary bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, private bathroom, and glass door to patio. Washer and dryer are provided as-is without warranty for repair or replacement. 
Rent: $1,750. per month.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn care.
