The main living area has laminate flooring and vaulted ceiling. The kitchen features white cabinets and appliances include a three-door refrigerator, smooth-top stove, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher. Sliding glass door leads to the glass enclosed Carolina room and covered back patio. Primary bedroom has a tray ceiling, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a step-in shower. All bedrooms have carpet and ceiling fans for added comfort. Washer and dryer are included in the home as-is with no warranty. Two car garage adds bonus storage. Community amenities include an outdoor swimming pool. 
Rent: $1,995. per month includes basic cable, basic internet, and trash pickup.
Tenant is responsible for all other utilities and landscaping.
Security deposit: $1,995.
Renters insurance required.
Property is non-smoking.
Pets: Two pets maximum, cats or dogs, each weighing less than 25 lbs, breed restrictions apply.
Pet Fee: $300 Non-refundable pet fee is required for each pet.
