Quaint unfurnished, two bedroom, one and a half bath town home centrally located in Myrtle Beach. It’s close to great restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and less than one mile from the beach! Enjoy the Carolina Ridge community amenities including a pool, tennis courts, playground, and clubhouse. Kitchen features granite counter tops and is equipped with a five burner smooth top stove, over the range microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The unit offers a large living room with brick wood burning fireplace and sliding glass door with access to a private fenced back patio. The two spacious bedrooms and full bathroom are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling. Washer and dryer hook ups are on the first floor. 
Rent is $1,195. per month and includes trash pickup and grounds maintenance. 
Tenant pays all other utilities. A security deposit of $1,195. and renters insurance are required. 
Pets are not permitted in this property.
