Dog Friendly, Fully Furnished Town Home With 2 Bedroom Suites and 2.5 Bath! - Beautiful furnished, two bedroom, two and a half bathroom town home is located in the gated Parkview community in Myrtle Beach. The community is immaculately maintained and landscaped, and at just 1.3 miles to the beach, you can have your toes in the sand in about five minutes! The floor plan is very spacious, providing approximately 1,350 sq ft. The kitchen is equipped and appliances include a smooth top stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Dine at the island bar or at the adjacent dining area table and chairs. Sliding doors lead out to a large covered patio. The living room is bright and airy and comfortably furnished. First floor has half bathroom for guests. Enjoy two master suites upstairs, each having their own private full bathroom, walk in closets, and vaulted ceilings. Washer and dryer are included in the unit as is. Parkview offers its residents use of the outdoor community pool. The town home is available to view by appointment only. 
Rent is $1,095.00 per month and includes water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Security deposit of $1,095.00 and renters insurance are required. The unit is pet friendly for a maximum of one dog weighing less than 50 lbs. Dog breed restrictions apply and cats are not accepted. A non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 is required.
