The two-story, unfurnished home is located on a large wooded lot in Surfside Beach and boasts approximately 1,850 sq. ft. The home features hardwood floors on the main level, and carpet upstairs for comfort. Kitchen complete with a smooth-top stove, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and walk-in pantry. The main bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet is located on the first floor. The exterior of the home features a front deck, side patio, and screened back porch perfect for enjoying the coastal weather. An outside shower is also a nice feature after spending a day on the beach. Small outside shed is perfect for bikes and other garden items. The home has washer and dryer hookups. Available approximately August 26th, 2024.
Rent is $2,095 per month. 
Tenant is responsible for all utilities. 
Security deposit: $2,095.
Renters insurance and a 12 month lease required.
Property is non-smoking.
Pets: Two small dogs maximum each weighing less than 25 lbs, breed restrictions apply No cats.
Pet Fee: $300 Non-refundable pet fee is required for each dog.
