The home is available for a monthly rental with a three month minimum. This newly renovated eight bedroom, seven and a half bathroom home is located ocean front in the prestigious "Golden Mile" section of Myrtle Beach. This lovely home sleeps up to 25 people and has almost everything you could ask for, including expansive, unobstructed views of the ocean. Waves will lull you to sleep at night and you can awake to see dolphins frolic in the surf while you have your morning coffee. After a long day at the beach, head to your brand new pool area for more fun! Relax in the bubbling hot tub or cool off in the private infinity pool. A covered porch is ready for entertaining. Sanctuary Blue is a three level home with two full kitchens, two kitchenettes, two washers, two dryers, plenty of comfortable seating, and a living space on each level.
FIRST FLOOR: offers generous living space with a pool table, large flat screen TV, two sleeper sofas, a full kitchen, and separate/wet bar/kitchenette, and laundry room. Walk right out to your private pool and hot tub from the living room and bask in the sun or read a book under the covered patio, equipped with ceiling fans.

SECOND FLOOR: has amazing ocean views from the multiple windows surrounding the main living area. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Beautifully decorated with custom white cabinets, stainless steel gas stove, marble counter tops, and fully equipped with new appliances, cookware, cutlery and dishes, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Laundry room with full size front loading washer and dryer.
The Luxurious Master bedroom suite features a private oceanfront balcony, King Size bed, large flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. Your master bathroom looks like it belongs in a magazine, large soaking tub with ocean views, 2 full body shower heads, duel vanities, and a walk in closet.
