While staying at the Hermitage you'll be steps away from beach, the brand new Surfside Pier, and have your pick of several local favorite dining options across the street from the ocean!
Inside the unit, you'll have a generous amount of living space to enjoy, all kitchen appliances, a washing machine and clothes dryer, and free WiFi! The balcony has ample space to lounge and drink your morning cup of coffee or favorite afternoon beverage while overlooking the pool and spotless pond. It's an oasis view right at your door step!
Outside the unit you have meticulously maintained pool and parking area. Moments away is the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean and sprawling sands of Surfside Beach. Dining options such as Pizza Hyena, Chimichanga Llama, The Gracious Pig, River City Café, and more are all within walking distance of your home away from home.

We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.

This unit is available for monthly rentals starting January 4 through March 4, 2025.
Rent is $1,495 per month, security deposit is $1,495.
A processing fee of $95 is due before move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional.
