Myrtle Beach Golf & Yacht Club is a gated community in the St. James school district. Amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, hot tub, walking trails, picnic pavilion, playground, and community center. This newly remodeled home is nestled among the trees creating a relaxing and private back patio perfect for enjoying the weather. The unfurnished, two bedroom, one-and-a-half bath home features hard surface flooring and ceiling fans throughout. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is space for an in-kitchen breakfast table and a pass through between the kitchen and dining area would be great for a breakfast bar with stools. Sliding glass door in the living room opens to the bonus Carolina room that is not climate controlled. Washer and dryer are included in the home without warranty for repair or replacement. There is a parking pad for two vehicles only. No street or grass parking is permitted. 
Rent: $1,695. per month includes trash pick-up. 
Tenant is responsible for all other utilities and lawn care.
Security deposit: $1,695.
Renters insurance required.
Property is non-smoking.
Pets: Two pets maximum, cats or dogs, each weighing less than 25 lbs, breed restrictions apply.
Pet Fee: $300 Non-refundable pet fee is required for each pet.
