The home has a beautifully landscaped yard, two car garage, covered front porch, second floor balcony, and side patio. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a smooth-top stove/oven, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and built in microwave. Laundry room off the kitchen includes a full size washer and dryer provided as-is, without warranty for repair or replacement. The home will be available for move-in estimated for June 13th, 2025. 
The primary bedroom is located on the first floor, has a tray ceiling, and two walk-in closets with shelving. A luxurious private bathroom features a tile and glass step-in shower, free-standing soaking tub, and two separate vanities. At the top of the stairs is a quiet sitting area with access to the second floor balcony. Both bedrooms upstairs have their own private full bathrooms. There is also a half bathroom located on the first floor for guest use.

Pets: Two pets maximum, cats or dogs, weighing less than 25 lbs each, breed restrictions apply.
Pet Fee: $300 Non-refundable pet fee is required for each pet.
