As you enter the home you will go up a flight of stairs to the 1st floor which has 2 bedrooms; one with a deck for sitting out and enjoying the ocean breeze and view. The laundry area and full size bath sit between these 2 bedrooms. Up the stairs to the 2nd floor is where your kitchen, dining and living area including a 1/2 bath are located. There is a deck off the living room that provides a lovely view of the ocean. Up the stairs to the 3rd floor is the master suite, a full bath and a bonus room. There is a deck off of the bonus room with a spiral staircase which leads up to a small sunning deck where the ocean views are stunning. There are 2 storage areas under the unit and covered parking for up to 2 vehicles. Convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops.
