Renovated and upgraded, this beautiful property is centrally located with easy access to everything Carolina Beach offers - the beach, boardwalk, lake, restaurants, ice cream shops, even a grocery store – everything you’ll need is all within a short walking distance! Park your car, don’t waste time in beach traffic, and enjoy everything around you.
When you enter the home, you’ll find an open floor plan consisting of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen has a large island, granite countertops, updated appliances, and plenty of counter space. You’ll even find both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The dining area seats six and the island has seating for two. The living room features a sectional with a chaise lounge, two swivel chairs, a 55” Smart TV, and books and games for your family to enjoy. From the large living room balcony, enjoy your coffee and watch the sunset over Carolina Beach Lake. The main level also has a full bath adjacent to a Queen bedroom.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a King bed, 43” Smart TV and an en suite bathroom including a jetted garden tub and two vanities. The bedroom has a large private balcony overlooking the lake with views of the sunrise, sunset and ocean. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, Twin bunk beds, 48” Smart TV and an en suite bathroom. There’s a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in the upstairs hallway.
Outside, you’ll have some of the most spacious parking on the island: up to 4 cars in the garage and driveway. The large backyard is fenced with an outdoor shower and picnic table. Please feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and wagon for your less than 5-minute stroll to the beach!
