Are you ready for long walks on the beach this winter? This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated. With a nice-sized community pool (open in-season,) access to the Sound from our community gazebo, and gorgeous neighborhood water views, this will be your winter water retreat! Lovely spa-toned furniture and decor with comfortable beds, and a gorgeous view from your primary bedroom sundeck, will make this beach condo in North Topsail the winter escape of your dreams!

Gazebo on the Sound. Pool. (open in season) Parking for 2 vehicles. Stairwell to Entry porch.
Level 2:(We are a two story condo up one level off the ground.)

Living Room: Sofa and Soft Side Chairs seating for 5. Cocktail Ottoman. Ceiling Fan, Wall Mounted Smart TV, use your own apps.
Kitchen: Counter Seats for 2. Side by Side Stainless Refrigerator/Freezer. Microwave, Electric Range, Dishwasher, Microwave. Toaster Oven, Auto Coffeepot. Kitchen fully equipped with dishware and cookware. Stacked Washer/Dryer.
Hallway Bathroom: Single Quartz Topped Vanity. Custom tiles throughout. Step In Shower with extra hand-held spray wand.
Level 3:
Primary Bedroom: Queen Bed, Bench Seat, Dresser, Nightstands, Shiplap Ceiling with Ceiling Fan. Ensuite Sundeck with seating for 4.
Shared Hallway Bathroom: Bathtub and Shower, Single Quartz Top Vanity, Toilet
Guest Bedroom: 2 Twins, Shiplap Ceiling with Ceiling Fan, Chest, Side Chairs.
Sheets and Towels, Paper products, toiletries, and cleaning products are not provided.
Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center. Laid back and family-friendly. Topsail Island is everything you could ask for in an Island getaway.
