This beautiful furnished 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath family home is available for short-term in the premier gated housing community of St. James Plantation. The Clubs at St. James offer a Lease Designation Program membership for longer-term renters (3 months or more). You can elect to purchase membership privileges available for guests staying 3 months or more. 
Our home features full privacy between sleeping areas, Smart TVs, and tasteful furnishings. The living area of the house flows from a graceful foyer into a comfortable great room. The bright, open kitchen and dining area opens into a sunroom that will soothe all your winter ills. 
Two comfortable bedrooms on one side of the house share a bathroom, perfect for the kids and/or visiting family. A generous, private master suite located on the other side of the house with a queen size bed, a gorgeous bathroom complete with a garden tub. 
A backyard deck overlooks a beautifully landscaped grassy backyard. 
Garage: Accommodates one vehicle. Extra Storage. The private driveway fits an additional 4 cars, size dependent.
Come for the beach, stay for the town of Southport! Just a short drive will get you over the bridge and onto the beach! Enjoy access to the exclusive, Private St. James Plantation Beach Club with an Oceanfront Pool, restrooms, and private beach strand. (Note that paid, public parking on 72nd Street will need to be utilized.)
With a plethora of nature hiking, library, and restaurant options, you never have to leave the neighborhood! But if you want to go adventuring, you will also have Traveler access to the pool, Beacon 315 restaurant, transient boat docking in the marina, access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and the private Beach Club in Oak Island (membership fee can be purchased for a 3+ month lease). Not to mention the many award-winning restaurants on the water in Southport, 5 minutes away!
