Life on the Intracoastal Waterway is a boater’s dream come true at “Fisherman’s Haven”. 
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to create a delicious meal from the days fresh catch! In an addition to a deep freezer to take care of keeping fresh catch for later use. Extra bar seating offers company to the chef and additional seats for the extra dinner guests! Two bedrooms and one bath on the main floor, along with a bedroom, living area and full bath on the lower floor. Located in the garage you will find a Ping Pong table and Cornhole for family game nights! The upper floor living room includes a large screen TV and a sliding glass door that opens to the breezy deck with a spectacular intracoastal view. You will enjoy sitting on the spacious sunporch as you watch the dolphins splash and play as they swim by or grab some rays on the two-story sundeck. If you love the outdoors, you will enjoy your meals in the screened in porch while you watch the yachts ease down the waterway. Or better yet, hop in your boat for a ride across the Intracoastal to have lunch/dinner at one of the local waterway restaurants or just do the tourist thing. 
It is just a short drive over the Sneads Ferry bridge to North Topsail Beach for a fun filled beach day.
