Take the easy 5-block walk to Oak Island Beach to enjoy the sand and surf each day with a walk with your sweetie and furry friend. Middleton Park is right next door to get all of the kids' energy out, and public boat access is available nearby if you need to get away from the activities of the day.
Staying in? The Gypsy Rose has an open-concept living area with luxury hardwoods, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The home has all the comforts you need to cook full family meals with a beautiful dining room table to share dinner (or play your favorite games). There is plenty of soft seating for visiting inside on rainy days. Five TVs throughout have basic cable.
The loft dorm-style bedroom upstairs is perfect for guests to tuck away with a bathroom on that level.

Private driveway parking with some covered spaces. Exterior stairwells up to either the front or back porches. Did I mention you have a private fenced-in pool area with plenty of comfy lounging areas? Also perfect for the dog to play. 
Oak Island features several public boat and kayaking launches within 10-15 minutes of this property. The town features a small floating dock two blocks over to the west, which is perfect for catching a view of wildlife or dropping in a line for some recreational fishing. Visit Middleton Park, located by the town hall for public playgrounds, pickleball/tennis courts, splash-pad, or an outdoor concert during the Summer.
