The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is tucked away in a nice peaceful corner, having an empty lot neighboring on one side. Your 100 sq ft room would have its own entrance, with access from the side yard when preferred. Note there is no closet in the room, but I have left space in my office for another desk to provide a shared office space or some additional storage if needed. It is located just 0.5 miles from Downtown Vista, with a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options in the area. It is walking distance to the Vista Transit Center Station, with easy public transit options. Just 8 miles from the beach and close to parks and hiking trails, this is a also a great spot for someone who likes the outdoors. Dont feel like leaving the house? About me: I am a 37yo male, working professional. I recently purchased the home and moved here from San Diego with my wire-haired terrier mix named Olive. I enjoy hiking, camping, cooking, streaming TV series, playing guitar, and healthy living in general. I am really just looking for someone considerate and responsible, not a drinker or partier. Id like to keep common areas tidy and clean and be mindful of each others sleep schedules, etc.
