Two Bedroom One Bath Duplex - This two bedroom one bath duplex has been freshly pained throughout. The first floor has two large living spaces and an eat in kitchen. The second floor has the full bathroom and bedrooms. Fenced in back yard, washer dryer hookups in the basement. 
Tenant pays $65 per month for water.
We do not accept section 8.
We will do a background check and a credit check.
We look for a credit score of 500 or higher with no felonies or evictions.
We will perform an income verification looking for 3x the monthly rent in income.
$300 non-refundable pet fee and $25 per pet per month pet rent
The security deposit upon approval will hold the property for approved tenant until the move in is scheduled. If tenant is approved for the move in and does not take possession by the scheduled move in date, tenant will lose the security deposit.
