THREE BEDROOM RANCH HOME IN MELBOURNE - Three bedroom, two bathroom ranch home in Melbourne. Children at this address will attend Meadowlane Elementary, Central Middle School, and Melbourne High.
Tenant is responsible for water, trash and electric. Tenant is also responsible for lawn care.
Pets are okay with non-refundable pet deposit and monthly fee (amounts are determined by type and weight of pet).
 RESIDENT QUALIFICATIONS: 
 - No evictions for the past 2 - 3 years. 
 - Any and all previous evictions must be paid in full.
 - No outstanding balances with another landlord or management company.
 - No outstanding balances with utility companies (gas, electric, trash, phone, cable, etc.)
 - Prospect(s) must earn three times the monthly rent each month. (Total combined net income) *Three full months of pay stubs plus the current month's pay stubs must be provided with the application.
 - We will run credit and criminal background check.
 - There is a non-refundable $45.00 application fee per applicant. Each adult must complete an application.
