For our approval process, we will complete a criminal background and credit check. It is also required that applicants make 3 times the rent amount. We will and contact all listed landlords and employers. Please contact us if you have any questions about our process!
Upon approval there is a $199 admin fee charged at move in. The security deposit upon approval will hold the property for approved tenant until the move in is scheduled. If tenant is approved for the move in and does not take possession by the scheduled move in date, tenant will lose the security deposit.
