APPLICATIONS: Rent Appeal will handle the initial steps of your rental application. This includes guiding you through the application process, conducting tenant screening. Once your application is approved you'll transition to working directly with the owner and pay the holding fee to them. They will manage the lease agreement and handle all ongoing aspects of your tenancy, including rent payments, maintenance requests, move-in and move-out reports, and security deposit. You'll have their direct contact information for any questions or needs that arise after you're approved.
