With the demand SO HIGH for rental homes these days, some people go ahead and APPLY before seeing the inside of the property... to get your application "first in line", so to speak. Even if you are approved you will STILL NEED TO GO SEE the property for you “final acceptance” of it.

B. FIND THE HOME you are interested in and
C. CLICK on “APPLY NOW” on the far-right side where you can APPLY and PAY
the $50/person application fee ONLINE with a credit card.
