The bedrooms are set up as follows: the master with king size bed and other two with queen size beds. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor also has an adjacent sitting room with French doors, which could quickly be changed into another bedroom with a twin size bed if desired. Access to that sitting room is through the master bedroom, though, it would only work for a child where parents dont mind the child entering through their master bedroom. 
There are two full bathrooms, the bath upstairs has a bathtub, sink and toilet, the bath on the main floor has a combined tub/shower and sink and toilet. Note that there is only 1 shower - which will make this home challenging for people looking to share a house who are on a similar daily schedule.
The library is stocked up with books that tenants are welcome to enjoy while visiting. The home has a 1-car attached garage and enough space for a second car to be parked off-street on the property.

Please note that there is traffic noise outside from a nearby freeway, but inside you wont notice it much (double pane windows). Its easy to jump on the freeway in any direction, North/South or toward East (Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond). It would take 30 min to get to Microsoft campus, for example.
