- Link your bank account for income verification
- upload a photo of your valid ID
Qualifications / Sample Screening Criteria
- Rental applications must be complete, correct, and verified
- Gross monthly verifiable income at least three times the rent, or the tenant must have a housing choice voucher
- Applicants must have a proven history of on-time rental payments, not including the COVID-19 emergency period
- Applicants must have a good, relevant credit history
- Applicants must have no evictions in the last four years except during the COVID-19 emergency period
Lease Terms:
- Needed at leasing signing: (1st months, last months & security) 3x
- Minimum monthly income (before taxes) needed to qualify: 3x rent $
- Decent/good credit
