The living room features a ceiling fan and flat screen TV with steaming capabilities. The outside balcony next to the kitchen features seating for 4 where you can enjoy the morning sun or afternoon shade with views of the sand, surf and beach life. 
From the large balcony on the top floor, you can enjoy the a view of the stars, mountains and ocean while listening to waves crashing and sea lions barking in the distance. 
There is a total of three steaming televisions.
The garage has space for 2 moderate size automobiles. There is also an extra refrigerator/freezer. Gas BBQ, Beach toys, bicycles and beach umbrellas are stored in the garage for your use. 
Two additional automobiles can park in the driveway. Additional parking is also available nearby on the street.
