Paradise in Pointe Lakeview - This two bedroom/two bathroom unit is part of the Pointe Lakeview Community, in Spring Valley, CA.
The interior features a great room containing a full kitchen, dining area, and living room area with gas-fueled fireplace. 
The interior has maple flooring with a cushion of cork beneath, and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and two bathrooms. 
The kitchen features stainless steel, double sink, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and refrigerator. An interior closet between the second bedroom and bath, hides a full-sized washer and dryer. There is storage in every area. THE HVAC serves the entire unit. All rooms have double-paned windows. There is a sliding door from the dining area to an external patio and small yard. A utility closet contains additional storage space.
A six foot fence provides a barrier between the parking area and the yard. Two palm trees tower above the yard.
The entry door is just a few steps from the carport designated for the unit. Another space is set aside for residents, on a first come, first served basis. A few visitors' spaces are available.
The community is gated for both auto and pedestrian access.
Amenities include a swimming pool, accessible only by residents. A trash collection area is hidden by a cinder block wall and entry door. Mail boxes are a few steps from this point.
The monthly fee for the burglar alarm, trash, and condominium association are included in the rent. However, the water will be billed separately, by the owner. No pets allowed. Only propane fired grill allowed.
