Application Fee: $50 for all applicants 18 and older and cosigners
Deposit: minimum deposit of $2,800 and up to $3,740 (depending on screening results, our screening criteria is available at principlepm.com, applicants have 3 months to pay any additional deposits above the minimum deposit required)
Lease Term: 6, 9, or 11 months (depending on move in date)
Pet Policy: Pets are considered with an additional $350 deposit and $25 monthly pet rent. 
Insurance Policy: Renter's insurance required in the amount of $100,000 (not applicable for low income or with a federal housing subsidy)
Smoking Policy: Non-smoking unit

To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a “no pet” profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
