*Cosigners accepted for credit only. Combined income must be 4.0 times greater than monthly rent when using a cosigner.
*Social Security Number verification
*Rental verification from an institutional landlord or 12 months of cancelled checks or money order receipts for a non-institutional landlord
*No Felony criminal history; no convictions for assault (misdemeanor or felony)
*Not on the Sex Offender Registry
Lease Notes:Tenant(s) responsible for electric, gas and water. Water will be kept in owners name and billed back to tenant(s).
Tenants are responsible for replacing furnace filters and any appliance filters (refrigerator water, microwave, etc).
Tenants are responsible for all lawn care and snow removal.
Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, are included appliances. Any appliances not listed are NOT repairable by PPM or the owner. Tenant will be responsible.
Lawn mower and outdoor table set are the property of the owner but provided for tenant use.
