All inclusive “tiny house” - Bring your clothes and toothbrush to start living in this modern and highly efficient, fully furnished tiny house. This 2BR/1BA home has all of the necessities you need including dishes, utensils, linens and TV. There’s even a washer/dryer. Relax in your dual recliners while you watch TV then walk up your steps to retire in your queen size bed. Drawers open beneath the bed and cabinets at the end of the bed for storage of clothing and personal belongings. There is a loft area behind the bed that serves as your 2nd bedroom. If that’s not needed it could be used as a spacious walk in closet. The kitchen has a cooktop, wall oven, microwave, toaster and coffee pot along with cookware and dinnerware. The full size bath boasts a shower with nice tile work for the shower walls. All utilities are included except cable and internet. Tenant is welcome to have a dish installed on a post adjacent to the home if they so desire. Conveniently located on Woodbine Rd this would be an easy commute for a traveling nurse, student or military person. One small pet accepted with owners prior approval and a non-refundable $350 pet fee. No smokers please.
