The primary bedroom features a custom ensuite bathroom with two granite vanities and a walk-in custom shower, as well as a large closet with built-ins for added convenience. Both bedrooms offer king-size Sleep Number beds and wall-mounted TVs. The spacious laundry room includes a washer and dryer, a wine fridge, a small chest freezer, and additional shelving for storage. Outside, a double-gate driveway leads to a fully fenced yard with an open patio area. A Big Green Egg Grill is provided for entertaining. Please note: the shed in the back is reserved for owner storage. However, the lawnmower is available for tenant use. This home is offered for a 7-month lease (with an expiration date no later than 11/30/2026), and Wi-Fi is included in the rent. All-electric with central heat and air. No smokers or pets, please. Roommates, if accepted, must qualify individually.
