As you enter the front door there is an enclosed front porch area that leads to your main entry door. Coming into the living/dining room you are greeted with beautiful hard wood floors, wood ceilings with recessed lights and a spiral staircase that leads to the upper floor. There is one master suite on the front of the house with wood flooring and ceiling fan, the ensuite bath has been updated with tile flooring and tub/shower surround. There is an additional half bath located just off the living room for guest use. On the right side of the home is one of two options. Technically there are 2 bedrooms since both have closets. However, please note you have to walk through one bedroom to access the additional master suite and full bath on the other side. For this reason, this would also serve as a wonderful home office, or nursery since it's located so close to the 2nd Master suite. The additional ensuite bathroom has also been nicely updated with a tiled walk in shower and granite vanity top. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the back of the house with lots of cabinets for all your cookware, an electric stove, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Step out the back to your covered back porch to enjoy your fenced backyard with a small water view. There is a walk in pantry and laundry room that are also just off the kitchen. As you ascend the spiral stairs you will find an open bonus room with lots of additional storage. Let your imagination roam free for how you could use this large, open space. Just beyond the bonus room is your final full bedroom and bath. This upstairs bath offers a walk in shower and granite tops. There is a small storage building on the property for storage of yard supplies or other personal items. As you leave the home, travel one block to the light on Navy Blvd. Go through the light and straight ahead you will find a large public boat launch, so bring your boat or jet skis and you are minutes from a beautiful day on the Gulf of Mexico, or the other direction and you are within walking distance of a kids playground at the Civitan Park. You are also just a few short minutes to downtown and the Blue Wahoos Stadium and literally a minutes drive to front gate NAS.
